While Dainam has proudly supplied nine batching plants for Vietnam’s
largest airports since 2011, our most prestigious endeavor remains Long Thanh
Airport. As Vietnam’s premier international airport boasting an annual capacity
of 100 million passengers, Long Thanh Airport required over 30 batching plants
to cater to its diverse concrete needs. Notably, the airport’s runway, crucial for
safe takeoffs and landings, was constructed using Roller Compacted Concrete
(RCC) produced by two Dainam batching plants equipped with German
BHS-Sonthofen mixers.
Given the project’s government mandate for accuracy and transparency, Dainam implemented our most advanced Cloud Management System, BMES. This system synchronizes real-time data to ensure adherence to appointed mix designs, with any variations recorded meticulously. Moreover, Dainam BMES is primed for integration into ERP systems such as Oracle SAP, ensuring seamless data management.

Operating with the German BHS DKXS 4.5 mixer, this Dainam plant boasts an impressive output of up to 270m3/h of ready-mix concrete or 200m3/h of RCC, making it the largest output from a single plant in Vietnam. Such high output necessitates substantial cement storage, prompting the provision of five 150T silos, totaling 750T storage capacity — the largest for a single batching plant in Vietnam.
Beyond Long Thanh Airport, numerous international airports in Vietnam rely on Dainam batching plants, making it highly likely that your first step on Vietnamese soil was on concrete produced by Dainam.
